I keep ordinary notes in Obsidian, but the part that actually changed how I work is the AI notes living right beside them — drafts, dumps, and threads an agent can read, extend, and resurface.
It deserves a longer write-up. For now: plain text wins, and an AI that works inside your files instead of a separate chat box is a different thing entirely.
